What exactly is ZimmererProfi-Haus 


ZimmererProfi-Haus is a sophisticated modular design and marketing system for timber frame houses. The Haas group developed the system and works hand in hand with regional builders who specialize in timber construction. The modular system offers sufficient flexibility to address the needs of regional markets. The range extends from low-cost stucco exteriors with hard foam panels to wall designs with high-grade fiberboard panels as the stucco substrate. 


Various wall designs are available, ranging from standards walls to passive-house walls. There is also a large choice of ceilings and roofs plus a selection of wooden stairs, exterior doors and windows made of plastic or wood/aluminum and an attractive range of roller blinds. HOCO also supplies material packages for roofs, exterior walls and interior finishing. The kits carry the RAL and DIN quality seals. Besides providing the house kits, we will take care of the structural engineering work including heat insulation documentation as well as factory and installation planning.
